How to Get Started At GROW:
There are lots of things to think about during pregnancy and postpartum, so at GROW we make it easier for you by bringing everything under one roof: a new community of friends, yoga & fitness, childbirth education and doula support.
Follow our suggested order below to make sure you are doing everything you can to line yourself up for a straightforward pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Next Steps Once You’ve Had Your Baby:
Weeks 1-5: Begin YOUR BODY AFTER BIRTH education program.
Week 6-8: Check in with us and rejoin yoga & fitness classes.
4th Trimester: Sign up for VerMamas support group and baby song classes!

Bring your baby along to our postnatal yoga & fitness.
Our daily postpartum classes include: Weights & Core, Strength & Conditioning, and Postnatal Flow. Stay after for free weekly playgroups!

GROW is established as the long-standing expert in the community in childbirth education, prenatal/postpartum yoga and fitness, doula support, and children’s classes.
Free for members: PREPARING YOUR BODY FOR BIRTH program
As soon as you sign up for your membership you’ll begin receiving weekly snack-sized educational videos sent to your inbox & full access to our content library of movement classes to help you feel strong & knowledgable as you prepare for your birth. You’ll learn about hip mobility, ways to create more space in the pelvis, and breath work that you can use throughout your birth - whether you’re planning to labor unmedicated, thinking about an epidural, or having a cesarean birth.

Kids Programming to Keep You Engaged with your GROWing Community
A weekly routine that includes seeing your friends is crucial for emotional health as you move through those early years of parenthood. GROW’s series of kids classes include Tots on the Move, TumbleSprouts, Kids Yoga and Outdoor Adventures.
