Once your baby arrives, your body, mind, and heart will likely feel unrecognizable - regardless of the type of birth you had.

GROW’s YOUR BODY AFTER BIRTH program is designed to meet you where you are, week by week, as you heal from your birth.

What to Expect:

  • Safe, guided videos for postpartum core care, shoulder relief exercises and breath work you can start on week one.

  • Weekly short emails and check-ins with information on postpartum recovery and plenty of newborn care tips

  • A postpartum visit (phone, Zoom or at our GROW lounge in South Burlington) with our staff of educators to see how your new life is feeling and ask questions about ANYTHING.

  • Once cleared for exercise, you’ll start a routine of live strengthening classes, weekly core videos in your inbox, and free playgroups.

  • GROW members are automatically transitioned from our PREPARING FOR BIRTH program to YOUR BODY AFTER BIRTH - no need to sign up unless you currently aren’t a member.
