New Student Free Consult
We meet individually with each GROW student - whether you’re trying out an intro pass or just registered for a birth class. You’re a part of our community and we want to do everything to support you.
Why the “coffee chat?”
It seems like everything is automated and digitized in our world. That’s why we take the time when we first meet you to REALLY meet you. We want to know how you’re feeling, what you’re needing, and how we can help. Pregnancy and postpartum can be vulnerable, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming. This journey shouldn’t be automated.
Coffee Chats can be in person, on Zoom, or just a quick phone call.
We’ll reach out when you initially sign up for something with GROW to welcome you and to find out what type of conversation would work best. The initial intake can be as easy as 5 minutes on the phone, or we can sit down for 1/2 an hour and really connect. It’s up to you!
Our GROW Facilitators
Our coffee chats are led by GROW childbirth educators, doulas and yoga teachers. They are trauma-informed, unbiased and super fun to get to know.
