GROW’s free weekly hikes are designed for those who want to be active outdoors and share the adventure with their little ones. Each week, we explore a new location within 1 hour of Burlington, offering beginner-friendly hikes that are perfect for families with babies in carriers or backpacks.

Sleep struggles in the first year are a common experience for families that often go unsupported. Join us for a monthly free 1-hour sleep support gathering led by a certified pediatric sleep consultant.

Join us every Thursday all summer long for Family Happy Hour at The Pinery. Bring your partner, bring your baby/kids and connect with other GROW families in the area over beers and a sunset! The Pinery is a fully outside beer garden with food trucks and shade from the sun.

Thursdays | 5pm

Location: 377 Pine St. Burlington, VT

Whether you’re facing babywearing challenges or already love it, this free weekly one-hour support group is for you! Led by a certified babywearing consultant, you can bring your own carrier for hands-on help and connect with fellow babywearers to share tips and build community.

Fridays | 1pm-2pm

Location: Burlington Studio, 696 Pine Street

Join us for sunshine, exercise, and fun. Our free walks are open to our whole community of pregnant & postpartum folks, parents, and nannies/guardians.

Walks run from June-August. Check back next summer for our times and days of the week!
